Its so interesting to me, like most side character battles are boring as hell. u already pretty much know how its going to go down and u lose ur interest
But when it comes to main character/villain battles, it just blows my mind.
Its so good to the point where i forget all the boring battles before and i get back my motivation and hype to continue with the show.

watching hours of filler battles just for 24 minutes of greatness was worth it in the end

Been waiting for dis comment. tbh if kyoraku used Bankai Aizen would've been fucked. It wouldnt matter how he hypnotised Kyoraku. His Bankai is also very much like Aizens zanpakuto and if hypnosis is all Aizen can do he would be fucked. Tbh there already 3 captains there that could've taken out Aizen. The only reason they couldnt was because they're in the world of the living and just calling out their Bankais would've destroyed the barrier and everything around fake karakura town causng thousands of casualties. Aizen probably knew this. That explains why he chose to fight with an entire town as hostage. Kyoraku, Yamamoto and Unohana have such broken Bankais that they would literally cause so much damage that it would defeat the purpose. Its very evident as you can see, wonderweis only sealed yamamoto's shikai not Bankai. Nothing can seal it and Yamamoto still didnt use it which explains how dangerous it wouldve been.
